1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 91pht (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 91pht website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing any portion of the 91pht Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or through prominent notice on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

To register an account and use the services provided by 91pht, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This age restriction is in strict compliance with Philippine gambling regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification cards, birth certificates, or other documents establishing age and identity. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) business days may result in account suspension or termination. Any player found to be under the legal gambling age will have their account immediately terminated, and all funds will be forfeited to the Company.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Access Restrictions

The 91pht Platform is intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of access. You warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. The Company employs geolocation technology to verify user location and reserves the right to restrict access from prohibited jurisdictions. Users who attempt to circumvent geolocation restrictions through virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other means will have their accounts terminated and funds forfeited.

2.3 Account Registration Process

During the registration process, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile telephone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities conducted through your account. You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. The Company is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access if you have failed to safeguard your credentials properly.

2.4 Single Account Restriction

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 91pht. Creation of multiple accounts, also known as "multi-accounting," is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts. The Company employs sophisticated detection systems to identify multiple accounts, including analysis of personal information, payment methods, device fingerprinting, and behavioral patterns. Upon detection of multiple accounts, the Company reserves the right to close all accounts, void all bets, and confiscate all balances.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 91pht account credentials. This includes creating a strong password containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, and protecting your password from disclosure to third parties. The Company recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security. You must not share your account with any other person, allow another person to access your account using your credentials, or transfer your account to another person.

3.2 Account Information Updates

You agree to maintain accurate and current account information at all times. Any changes to your personal information, including name changes, address changes, email address modifications, or telephone number updates, must be reported to the Company within seven (7) days. Failure to maintain current information may result in delays in payment processing, difficulties in account recovery, or account suspension pending verification of updated information.

3.3 Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. The Company reserves the right to impose a monthly maintenance fee of PHP 100 on dormant accounts to cover administrative costs. This fee will be deducted from the account balance on the first day of each month following the dormancy period. Accounts with zero balance may be closed administratively after eighteen (18) months of inactivity.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

91pht accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfers through major Philippine banking institutions (including but not limited to BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and Metrobank), over-the-counter payment centers, and cryptocurrency transactions (USDT via TRC20 network). All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. Unverified accounts are subject to a maximum deposit limit of PHP 50,000 per transaction and PHP 200,000 per month. Verified accounts may qualify for higher limits upon request and satisfactory completion of enhanced due diligence procedures.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time

GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly, with funds typically appearing in your 91pht account within sixty (60) seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfers are processed during banking hours and typically reflect in your account within the same business day for transfers initiated before 3:00 PM Philippine Time. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmations and typically process within ten (10) to thirty (30) minutes depending on network congestion.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the 91pht Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, less any applicable conversion fees. The Company does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not responsible for currency fluctuation losses.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

Withdrawals must be processed through the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. This anti-money laundering requirement ensures compliance with Philippine financial regulations. GCash withdrawals are processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during business hours. PayMaya withdrawals process within ten (10) to twenty (20) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same banking day for requests submitted before 2:00 PM Philippine Time on banking days.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500 (Five Hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum withdrawal limits are PHP 100,000 per transaction for standard accounts and PHP 500,000 per transaction for VIP accounts. Higher withdrawal limits may be arranged for VIP players upon request and subject to enhanced verification procedures.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements and Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, the Company requires completion of identity verification procedures including submission of a valid government-issued identification document and proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months. Additional documentation may be requested for large withdrawal amounts or as part of ongoing compliance monitoring. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if verification documentation is incomplete, unclear, or raises compliance concerns.

5.4 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds before withdrawal is permitted. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility and Terms

Promotional bonuses offered by 91pht are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed at the time of the promotion and incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are available only for personal use. Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting with other players, or use of betting systems designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage betting), is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account termination.

6.2 Wagering Requirements for Bonuses

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (typically between ten (10) and thirty (30) times the bonus amount) before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering requirements, while table games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack may contribute reduced percentages (typically 10% to 20%). The Company reserves the right to exclude certain games from bonus play or adjust contribution percentages without notice.

6.3 Bonus Expiration and Forfeiture

Bonuses have a limited validity period, typically thirty (30) days from the date of credit to your account unless otherwise specified. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Gameplay and Betting

7.1 Game Rules and Integrity

All games offered on the 91pht Platform operate according to their specific published rules. Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated by trained professional dealers in secure studios. Electronic games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software tested and verified by independent third-party testing laboratories. The Company publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games to ensure transparency.

7.2 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or modified. In the event of technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. For sports betting, all bets are settled according to official results published by the respective governing bodies. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the sports betting rules.

7.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 91pht Platform: collusion with other players; use of betting bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets; exploitation of software bugs or errors for unfair advantage; late betting or bet placement after outcomes are known; use of stolen payment methods or fraudulent deposits; and any form of cheating, fraud, or criminal activity. Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Age Verification and Protection of Minors

91pht is committed to preventing underage gambling. All players must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. The Company employs multiple verification procedures including document verification during account creation and ongoing monitoring of account activity. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling sites.

8.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Limits

Players concerned about their gambling behavior may request self-exclusion for a period ranging from six (6) months to permanent exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, you will not be able to deposit funds or place bets, and you will not receive promotional communications. Once set, limits can only be increased after a cooling-off period of seventy-two (72) hours.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 91pht Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game interfaces, is the property of 91pht or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written permission from the Company.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 91pht shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Company is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or failures in service caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service provider failures, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, or acts of war or terrorism. The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Grounds for Suspension or Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of this Agreement; (b) you engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) you create multiple accounts; (d) you provide false or misleading information; (e) you are found to be under twenty-one (21) years of age; (f) we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority; or (g) we determine in our sole discretion that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the Company, other players, or the integrity of gaming operations.

11.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, you will forfeit access to the Platform and all associated services. Depending on the reason for termination, the Company may: (a) return your account balance less any applicable fees or charges; (b) withhold funds pending investigation; or (c) forfeit your account balance if termination results from fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or violation of applicable law. The Company's decision regarding fund disposition following account termination is final and binding.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receipt of a closure request, the Company will process any pending withdrawals and return your remaining account balance to your registered payment method within seven (7) business days, subject to completion of any required verification procedures.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. Judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 91pht regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral, between you and the Company.
